Assigning KASA KONSULTANTS as your agent we will walk with you through the processes from start to finish up to 3 months. On the ground in Ghana or remotely we will personally see to each detail of your land acquisition process. We have the ability to know when and how to negotiate prices for documents, official stamps, registration fees, verification searches, and surveyors and whatever else is involved in your transaction. We will be sure that your Chief is gazetted and you have authentic documents. If you leave Ghana to go home your land acquisition process will continue. Just because you are not here does not mean the process stops.
